Long chest-length hair with hair layered at the lower ends.

For hair that frames the face, have a soft, layered cut from fringe to hair ends.

Using large curlers, shape your hair around face into waves in an inward-curling direction. Do the same for hair at the back in both inward and outward-curling directions. Perm hair ends loosely to create layers of waves.
